At Tombow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
